After renewal of exhibits, Japan's National Museum of Territory and Sovereignty reopened on April 18.
The National Museum of Territory and Sovereignty is the national exhibition facility to promoting accurate understanding of the facts and Japan’s position with regard to the Northern Territories, Takeshima and the Senkaku Islands.
The exhibits are designed to attract people of all ages to learn about territory and sovereignty, including exhibits using immersive theater technology and 2D animated images to learn about history.
The traditional panel displays also continue to be set up, and there is a section of archives and databases for specialists and researchers.
It will be noted for its activities as a center for disseminating the facts about the Northern Territories, Takeshima, and the Senkaku Islands and promoting an accurate understanding of Japan's position both domestically and internationally.
